• Over 20 years in the industry working in Memory Care and Hospice Care.

-Foster Homes, Private care in-home, facilities, and hospitals as a stand in advocate, caregiver, Med Tech, Caregiver Mentor/Trainer, and Life Enrichment.

• Certified Dementia Specialist from C.A.R.E.S Healthcare Interactive

• Nominee for Oregon Health Care Association Enrichment of Life Award for taking a holistic approach.

-(From OHCA website) The Enrichment of Life – Employee Award recognizes an employee for contributions that have positively influenced the quality of life for residents and the quality of the working environment for co-workers.

• Associates in Deaf Studies and has advanced skills in American Sign Language.

• Continued Education credits through Oregon Care Partners and other avenues.

• With 12 mandatory training hours in Oregon per year. Jesse's training is equal to and above 240 hours.
